If your plans have changed and you no longer wish to take your flight, you can choose to:
- Reschedule your trip through Manage your Booking; or
- Request a refund on the same payment method used to purchase the ticket by clicking here.
Your trip will be refunded in accordance with the refund rules for the fare and route purchased. Refund requests made through the Contact Center or TAP sales desks are subject to a refund service fee of EUR 40 / USD 50 / CAD 60, charged per ticket.
